The Shift
The Shift is a four-month, one-on-one online fitness and nutrition coaching program designed for busy b*tches ready for meaningful body and mindset change without toxic diet culture. Through structured training, nutrition coaching, and reflective check-ins, it supports steady progress without the noise of diet culture.
